AFTER A YEAR’S BREAK, VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR MARIE SOPHIE IS AGAIN IN THE BOSNIAN PYRAMID VALLEY

Volunteer coordinator Marie Sophie has been present in Bosnian valley pyramid since 2015, and last year she was not there for legitimate reasons, because she became a mother. She was impatiently waiting to return to Visoko and among the volunteers, and she has been there again since the beginning of June.

– I wanted to come back and I arrived at the beginning of June, and I am delighted with the progress that happened during the past year while I was not here. As for the volunteers and the action in which we participate, the groups are slightly smaller than in previous years, but that is why the desire and engagement of all present is present, and this can be seen through the works and the progress we are making. – Marie Sophie tells us.

As she told us, from this month due to annual vacations, she expects a slightly larger group of volunteers to join the research work on the Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids, and reveals that progress is also visible in Visoko itself, where she feels at home.

– What I notice is that Visoko is developing more and more touristically, there are more and more catering facilities, accommodation facilities, but there are also more guests from all over the world. I see that people are still interested in research and what we do here, that they come and visit our sites. – Marie Sophie told us.
